Atlantis Orthopaedics Becomes Latest Surgical Practice to Select Surgimate for Improved Surgical Scheduling

Atlantis Orthopaedics has become the latest surgical practice to select Surgimate for improved surgical scheduling. The Atlantis Orthopaedics’ schedulers faced an insurmountable challenge. They were drowning in mountains of paperwork that were necessary to book patients’ surgeries. Just completing all the paperwork for the hospitals, insurance, letters to patients and more was taking a tremendous amount of time and energy from the practice. On top of all that, surgical schedulers were adding even more time into their day just scanning all the documents and paperwork to be uploaded into their EHR. These tedious tasks were costing the practice time that could have been devoted to their patients and other work. Atlantis Orthopaedics needed a solution for this pressing problem and decided to use Surgimate’s scheduling platform. Surgimate Practice™ will integrate smoothly with their PM/EHR, Allscripts, using an API. Surgimate will automate their form generation and ensure all forms are customized to their needs, while also sharing data back directly with Allscripts. In fall of 2018, Atlantis will go live with Surgimate and greatly simplify their surgical scheduling system.
