Arica loves order and process, which positions her perfectly to lead the Professional Services Team at Surgimate. She also has extensive experience managing and running an award winning Customer Service team for a Fortune 200 company. In her free time Arica enjoys running, historical fiction, and a nice glass of wine.

Laura brings a wealth of experience to Surgimate, having spent over seven years heading the marketing at Mavim, a leading company in the field of process management and mining. As a former rower and coach, Laura is passionate about staying active and can often be found hiking, skiing, or cycling in her free time. Laura's favorite vacation spot is her family's cabin in Colorado, which has always been her escape from the world. She is also an avid fan of Top Chef and hopes to one day visit one of the pop-up restaurants.

Mirit joined Surgimate to build and support organizational and individual capabilities through human resources strategies and practices. Before joining Surgimate, Mirit held senior positions in various hi-tech companies, and her true passion in the business world is Human Resources. Mirit is an enthusiast learner of a wide variety of topics, and in her spare time she works out at the gym.

Christine joins Surgimate with over 15 years experience working in healthcare, including 10 years in orthopedics. At Surgimate, Christine utilizes her vast experience with various EMR and PM systems to focus on client-specific workflow design, eliminating redundancies and increasing efficiencies. Outside of work, Christine loves spending time with her son, especially in the outdoors - exploring forests and mountains, finding places to hike and fishing!

Paul joins Surgimate as with extensive experience from his previous role at a start-up focused on automation. He lives in Portland with his family, and loves spending time outdoors, skiing and attending music concerts. Paul's favorite vacation spots are in Central America. In his down time, Paul loves to watch TV and is a huge fan of Marvel movies – having watched 25+ movies in chronological order with his daughter!

Katie brings a wealth of experience to Surgimate, having served as the VP of Network Sales for Ideal Image and spending 11 years selling SAAS Medical Software for Modernizing Medicine. Originally from Anaheim Hills, CA, Katie now lives in Tucson, AZ with her husband Bryan and their two children, Emily and Riley, as well as their many pets. In her free time, Katie enjoys being busy and spending time with her family, especially in the outdoors. She loves vacationing anywhere near the water and her favorite food is grilled fish tacos!

With seven years experience as a Project Manager for multiple technology companies, Josh joins Surgimate as Implementations Project Manager. He has experience with many levels within the Information Technology world and holds a B.S. in Information Technology and a focus on PMP from Villanova University. Outside of the office, he coaches and loves to run on mountain trails and open roads, along with hiking, fishing and camping with his family.

The company’s core developer for the past 6 years, Yehuda has been tinkering with code since his teens. A systems architect by training, he is responsible for all technical aspects of product design and development. This husband and father of three has a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion Institute of Technology and enjoys going to the gym in his spare time.

Jack has been creating user-facing software for more than 20 years, for larger companies such as Verizon and AOL as well as smaller companies and startups in the Boston and Washington, DC areas. Jack enjoys running and somehow manages to end up in Rome at least once a year. Jack has a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University and an MA in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

Having worked for a range of companies, from Fortune 500 to startups, including having a hand in creating Answers.com, Daniel brings his extensive experience as a developer to the Surgimate team. Daniel has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Miami and an MSc from Northwestern University. When he is not trying to keep up with his wife and five kids, he is busy reading, running, swimming and playing floor hockey (but not at the same time!).

Born in Philadelphia, but raised in the Pacific Northwest, Allen is a Computer Science graduate from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Allen lives in Apex, NC with his wife and thee sons, two dogs, a cat and a bearded dragon!

“I have a passion for healthcare; and have built software for hospital bedside monitors, worked with big pharma R&D scientists developing apps for pre-clinical drug trials, and have developed workflow systems for clinical trial compliance management.
I love getting involved in multiple areas and contributing where I can, although my core expertise is Ruby on Rails applications.”
When he’s not in front of a keyboard, Allen loves to go on trips with his family and spend as much time as by possible by the ocean.

Adam entered the world of DevOps by chance, and discovered his passion for computers after working as a Helpdesk Support Manager, where he realised his love for interacting with clients.
Over the years Adam has gained great experience in System & Networking on On-Premises corporates, Cybersecurity division, Architecting Cloud & Platform infrastructures, handling mostly in Ci/CD aspects and product optimization technologies on Hybrid environments!
Outside of work, Adam is a keen photographer - having already studied for a diploma in Filming, Photography and Animation, he loves to keep up to date with the latest trends in art.

QA is in Shirit’s DNA. She came to Surgimate with over 15 years of experience working at some of the world’s top software companies. If it hasn’t been approved by Shirit, it doesn’t get shipped. With Shirit, “everything is possible”, she’s a hands-on mom and is earning her BA in Computer Programming at the Open University.

A Mancunian with a degree from the University of London, Lisa began her career in the Business Information Service of the British Library. Discovering hidden gems in stacks of information led Lisa to an interest in research & tech. With more than fifteen years in QA, Lisa is intrigued by the forensics and detective work of it all, pinpointing problems at their source and enabling a final high-quality product. Lisa recently finished a “HandyWoman” course where she learned how to fix blinds and build a cabinet.

With her extensive experience as a project development manager at a number of high-tech companies, Lama is the go-to for problem solving in the Surgimate Customer Success team. Armed with a BA in Computer Science and Media & an MA in Software Engineering, Lama works hard to ensure all Surgimate’s clients’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. When she isn’t working her way through open tickets, you might find her traveling, scuba diving, or running down the soccer field or basketball court.

Daniel has many years experience managing call centers including running an award winning Customer Service Supervisor team for a fortune 200 company. Daniel has a deep love for service and aims to offer top notch quality service to every client. In his free time he loves singing, drawing, and tinkering.

A former data analyst and educator, Daniel combines his analytical and educational skills to ensure customers have a successful experience with the product. When he isn’t cycling to save the world, hiking or swimming, you can find Daniel relaxing to some jazz or strumming out some tunes on his guitar. He holds a BSc in Psychology from London South Bank University and a Masters in Policy Analysis and Evaluation from the Institute of Education, London.

Sophie joined the Surgimate Customer Success team with versatile skills and experience from the biotech industry and non-profit world. Her B.A in Semitic Languages at University College London, helps her interpret all the cryptic support tickets she receives on a daily basis. When she isn’t managing all the forms for Surgimate Practice, she runs half marathons and spends time with her family.

With a background in finance, Ligil is a numbers whiz and loves to work with data to gain new insights and ideas!
When she's not analyzing data, Ligil loves to keep active by working out and hiking.

With a passion for solving puzzles and number games, Elisheva ensures the finances at Surgimate always add up. With a BA in Education, multiple bookkeeping courses under her belt, and 10+ years experience, Elisheva can manipulate and restructure any Excel Spreadsheet with ease. In her spare time, she likes to read and spend time with her family.

Brittany loves traveling, music, history and learning about different cultures and philosophies. She is a classically-trained opera singer who earned her B.A. in International Relations. This has been useful in her extensive sales, management and training career at multi-national companies, and continues this in her role as part of the Surgimate Sales Team.

Born and bred in Arizona, Devin joins Surgimates growing Pheonix team as a Technical Support Specialist. Devin is a man of many talents, with a BA in Psychology from Benedictine University , he is also a skilled artist and graphic designer, and loves to study science. Devin played college Basketball, and in his spare time you can still find him on the basketball court!

Pearly is an experienced professional who has successfully worked for startups and fortune 500 companies. Pearly's expertise lies in navigating regulatory landscapes, mitigating risks, and fostering compliance culture through cross-collaboration. Her adaptability, analytical skills, and strong communication make her an asset in any compliance or risk management role, where she excels at bringing diverse teams together to achieve common goals.

Ceren was born and raised in Chicago and has been living in Israel for the past 6 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Religion from American University and a Masters in Human Resources Management from Tel Aviv University. In her free time, she enjoys travelling throughout the northern region of Israel, reading and spending time with friends and family.
